I have arthritis in my big toes, and with my MBT chapa shoes I feel absolutely NO PAIN. It takes a little while to get used to the rocking feeling, but now I barely notice it. I think this MBT is great for narrower feet, like mine.

Walking in Comfort - The best mbt walking shoe I have found. After walking four hours at an exhibition, I was still walking in comfort.

Really Amazing and Fun - I am a woman with Multiple Sclerosis who has also had 3 knee reconstructions. I have reason to pay attention to a mbt shoe that says it relieves stress on the knees and helps to strengthen different parts of the legs and abs.

The true test came a few days later... at Disneyland. I wore them 3 of 4 days during my vacation (on average 9-10 hours per day) and mbt chapa shoes despite the heat and humidity, I never felt that my feet were overheating.I felt a little soreness on the second day that I wore them (on the outside part of my right foot) but no blisters. On the third day, I made sure my sock was pulled on snug and the soreness disappeared.
